Rope Thimble - Used to prevent crushing or wearing of rope when it is bent to create an eyelet for connecting or hanging. The thimble shape guides the rope into a natural curve, protecting against deformation and also giving an extra layer of support. Use of thimbles will lengthen life spans of expensive wire ropes and they increase safety. Available in A4 grade stainless steel, ideal for marine usage.
