Due to family commitments abroad, I am reluctantly selling my boat.

Felicity is made from thick fibreglass and is in need of some TLC.

The engine is a 2 cylinder Beta Marine diesel with Bowman heat exchanger and in good working order.

The rigging and the main and roller reefer foresail are all present, although probably in need of new sheets(hoisting ropes).

She has a self draining cockpit and Perspex doors to the main cabin.(I'd probably replace them with plywood doors).

In the cabin, you have to starboard a chart table seating arrangement that folds down to a double bunk.

To port you have another seat for 2 people. Forward portside of that is the galley which comprises of a sink with cold water footpump. Opposite you find the head with pump out sea toilet. In the bow there are a set of V bunks for 2 persons.

As I said, she needs some TLC. Some of the rubbing straights need replacing and the whole boat could do with a paint job. Also,even though nav lights etc are working, the whole electrics need some attention.
